Łukasz
Korczak
He is a director with a background in theater, where he developed the collaborative approach that continues to shape his work in advertising. He sees theater and commercial filmmaking as part of the same creative conversation, with each continually challenging and inspiring the other.
A graduate of the National Academy of Theatre Arts in Kraków, he developed his craft alongside some of Poland's most acclaimed directors, including Krystian Lupa and Michał Zadara.
Those years taught him that directing is about more than making creative decisions – it is about building an environment where people feel confident enough to experiment, take risks, and do their best work.
He brings that mindset to every commercial project, treating each production individually and searching for the solution that best serves the story. Rather than relying on a signature style, he believes every project should find its own language.
His commercial portfolio includes work for brands such as Link4, Lorenz, Lisner, Lidl, SGB Bank, Dobra Kaloria, and Nadler.
He is the winner of the Studio Munka pitching competition at the Koszalin Film Festival and is currently developing a documentary project born from that experience. In 2022, he was also nominated for a KTR Award.
Outside of filmmaking, he is driven by curiosity. Having lived in India and trekked through the Himalayas, he continues to find inspiration in people, places, and different ways of seeing the world – experiences that shape both his perspective and his work.
