Marta
Harner
Her intuitive sense of style combined with a strong sensitivity to the emotional expression of characters in film allows her styling to elevate productions to an entirely different visual level. Marta is a Costume Designer with a capital “C” — her aesthetic sensitivity and profound understanding of narrative transform clothing from a mere wardrobe element into an integral part of the story. Her work is a subtle balance between fashion, context, and character — always guided by the emotions the images are meant to evoke on screen.
Working at the intersection of film, advertising, music, and art, Marta creates visually rich worlds filled with details that capture attention and linger in memory. She has collaborated with renowned creators and directors, developing costumes for projects in which style is just as important as narrative.
Her portfolio includes campaigns and productions for global brands, where every look is the result of a thoughtful concept and a deep understanding of both character and context. Marta continuously seeks new inspiration, combining fashion references with the function of storytelling — always with passion, precision, and a distinctive sense of style.
She has worked internationally with directors such as Vincent Lobelle, Jonas Lindstroem, Nick Bartleet, Joakim Reveman, WAFLA, Jack Cole, and Nico Casavecchia. Her clients include brands such as Louis Vuitton, Disney+, IKEA, Trainline, McDonald’s, Bitkey, and BNP Paribas.
She currently divides her life between Warsaw and sunny Italy. Always hungry for travels and new inspiration to tell the stories with an analog camera in her pocket. She created SKOLE Art Project where she is experimenting with new and old media.
